A vineyard wedding at Monte De Oro doesn't have a one-size-fits-all approach - ultimately, it's up to you to decide how you want your vineyard wedding to look and what parts of the vineyard you want to incorporate.

There is no one dress code for a wedding on the vineyard. It can run the gamut from casual, to cocktail attire, and even black tie depending on the theme of wedding. Unless the wedding is extremely formal, dress comfortably. A casual dress for her or slacks and a button-down shirt for him are completely acceptable. Be prepared for walking on uneven surfaces such as grass or gravel, so choose your footwear accordingly. During the fall and winter months, it can get chilly in the afternoon and evening, so be sure to bring a wrap or jacket.

Monte De Oro allows for you to set your own guest count. Once the wedding estimate is signed and the deposit is paid, the number you select as your minimum will remain in place. You are always welcome to add guests after that.

Dedicated ceremony and reception areas for 5 hours starting at 6:00pm, menu tasting for 2, table for guest book and/or gifts, use of property for engagement photos, wedding rehearsal the day before, use of bridal suite starting at 11:00 am, venue coordinator, 2 bottles of wine per table, complimentary cake cutting, complimentary sparkling toast, in-house arbor, and upgraded chivari chairs. We also offer a variety of upgrades to ensure you're getting the ideal setting for your special day.

Monte De Oro does not allow any outside alcohol and is only licensed to serve beer and wine that we provide. We offer a full selection of sophisticated Monte De Oro Wines  along with a variety of beer, soft drinks, and water.

We do not allow outside catering, as we offer a full range of catering services in-house to ensure exceptional quality food and service for your wedding. We do not provide wedding cakes or deserts so you're welcome to bring your own.

Your venue coordinator will assist in the coordination of everything provided by Monte De Oro Winery including what is noted in the per person price, menu selections, floor plan, Banquet Event Order and billing. They will also be there the day of your rehearsal and your wedding acting as a liaison between your Professional Day-of coordinator and our banquet staff.

Your Professional Day-of coordinator will oversee all other personal wedding details including timeline management, vendor management, load-in and rehearsal coordination, gifts and personal item allocation including décor setup and clean up and lastly, ensuring your day is as beautiful as you imagined it would be!”
