Is there a facility fee? No, but we do have a Food & Beverage minimum.
Is there an extra ceremony fee? Yes, the ceremony fee is $1,250. Please see our Packages & Locations page for more information on what is included.
Is a dance floor included? Not at this time, but our staff will assist you with the rentals where needed.
What kind of chairs do you provide at the ceremony and reception? White folding chairs with upgrade packages available upon request.
What is the Barrel Room?
Is a deposit required to reserve my event date? Yes, $1,000 of your total contract or 10% (whichever is greater) to reserve your wedding date.
How much time do I have for my event? A total of five hours is included in your package; additional time is available and varies case by case
How late can my reception go? Per Riverside County ordinances, outdoor events must conclude by 10 pm. Please contact our Events Department regarding indoor events.
Can I taste the food to determine my menu? Yes, once you have made your menu selections, you will have a private food tasting with tMonte De Oro’s executive chef.
Is hard alcohol available at my event? Unfortunately no, although we do offer a full selection of award winning Monte De Oro wine, along with imported and domestic beer.
Can we serve other wine besides Monte De Oro wine? Yes, Monte De Oro is proud of our award winning wine selection. When you reserve your wedding date, you are invited to a complimentary wine tasting.
Can I have a cash bar? Yes, we can assist you with various bar options.
Is champagne available? Yes, we will provide you with a selection to choose from.
Will I need to provide a PA system for my ceremony? Yes, your DJ will typically have packages available that include this equipment.
Can I have a live band? Yes, a live band is a lovely addition to your special day.
Do I need a wedding coordinator? Our experienced staff will assist you in menu selections, room design and vendor referrals. However, we recommend hiring a professional wedding coordinator to assist you in coordinating your wedding day timeline, musicians, officiate, photographer, and specialty vendors.
Do you have a place for me to get ready on my wedding day? Yes, we will have a bridal room available for you to prepare for your ceremony or freshen up before your reception.
Can I take engagement photos at the winery? Yes, once you reserve your wedding date we invite you to use our facility and grounds to capture your special moments with our breathtaking views.
Can I have children or minors at my ceremony and reception? Of course! We just ask that they be supervised at all times.
Are pets allowed to participate in our ceremony? We are pet friendly and welcome your furry friends in our outdoor ceremony and reception locations.
