Is there a facility fee? No, but we do have a Food & Beverage minimum.
Is a dance floor included? Not at this time, but our staff will assist you with the rentals where needed.
What kind of chairs do you provide? White folding chairs with upgrade packages available upon request.
What is the Barrel Room?
Is a deposit required to reserve my event date? Yes, $1,000 of your total contract or 10% (whichever is greater) to reserve your wedding date.
How much time do I have for my event? A total of five hours is included in your package; additional time is available and varies case by case
How late can my reception go? Per Riverside County ordinances, outdoor events must conclude by 10 pm. Please contact our Events Department regarding indoor events.
Is hard alcohol available at my event? Unfortunately no, although we do offer a full selection of award winning Monte De Oro wine, along with imported and domestic beer.
Can we serve other wine besides Monte De Oro wine? Yes, Monte De Oro is proud of our award winning wine selection. When you reserve your wedding date, you are invited to a complimentary wine tasting.
Can I have a cash bar? Yes, we can assist you with various bar options.
Will I need to provide a PA system for my ceremony? Yes, your DJ will typically have packages available that include this equipment.
Can I have a live band? Yes, a live band is a lovely addition to your special day.
Can I have children or minors at my event? Of course! We just ask that they be supervised at all times.
